Ingredients
1 liter vatten
1 bit hel kanel
10 kryddnejlikor
1 tsk kardemummakärnor
1 bit ingefära
skal och saft av 1 citron
2 msk te
1 dl socker
Instructions
Koka upp vattnet med kryddorna och det rivna citronskalet. Häll det över tebladen i en värmd tekanna. Låt teet dra ca 5 min. Sila bort blad och kryddor. Blanda socker och pressad citron i teet.
Servera teet hett, gärna med mandel och russin.
