Apelsinsaft
Ingredients
1 kg syrliga apelsiner
1 msk citronsyra
1 liter socker
½ liter vatten
Instructions
(ca 1 liter)
Börsta apelsinerna noga i ljummet vatten ock torka. Skala av det gula på skalet med potatisskalare. Lägg skalen i bunke och tillsätt citronsyra och socker.
Koka upp vattnet och häll det över skalen. Rör om då och då medan blandningen kallnar. Pressa saften ur apelsinerna och tillsätt den. Sila saften och häll på rena kalla flaskor. Tillslut och förvara flaskorna mörkt och svalt.
