Barley Water
Ingredients
½ dl korngryn
2 liter vatten
2 citroner
1 ½ dl socker
Instructions
(ca 2 liter)
Koka korngrynen i vattnet under lock, ca 20 min.
Borsta citronen i varmt vatten. Skala av det gula med potatisskalare och lägg skalen i en bunke.
Häll korngryn och vatten kokhett över skalen och tillsätt sockret. Rör om och låt kallna.
Pressa citronerna, tillsätt saften och sila drycken.
Servera citrondrycken väl kyld som måltidsdryck.
