Brazilian Chocolate
Ingredients
30 g osötad choklad i fast form
6 cl socker
ett stänk salt
24 cl kokhett vatten
24 cl varm kafegrädde
36 cl starkt hett kaffe
1 tsk vaniljessens
½ tsk malen kanel
Instructions
Smält chokladen, sockret och saltet i mikrovågsugn eller vattenbad. Häll i kokande vatten och fortsätt att värma tills blandningen är het och väl blandad. Tillsätt grädde och kaffe. Rör om väl och tillsätt vanilj och kanel. Servera i uppvärmda kaffekoppar.
