Gazpacho Cocktail
Ingredients
18 cl tomatjuice
3 cl färskpressad citron
2 hackade gurkskivor
den vita delen av en schalottlök/purjolök, skivad
1 krossad vitlöksklyfta
1/8 tsk oregano
3-5 stänk tabasco
nymalen peppar efter smak
salt efter smak
1 hel gurkskiva
1 avokadoskiva
Instructions
Lägg alla ingredienserna, utom hela gurk- och avokadoskivorna, i en mixer med krossad is och blanda tills blandningen är slät. Häll upp i ett kylt collinsglas. Garnera med gurk- och avokadoskivorna.
