Citrondricka
Ingredients
2 citroner
1 liter socker
50 g citronsyra
1 liter vatten
Instructions
(ca 1 ½ liter)
Borsta citronerna i varmt vatten. Skär dem i 4 klyftor och sedan i tunna skivor. Lägg frukt, socker och citronsyra i en bunke. Kok upp vattnet, häll över det och rör om. Låt stå övertäckt och svalt ca 1 dygn, rör någon gång. Sockret ska vara helt löst.
Sila saften. Häll den i rena kalla flaskor, ända upp till kanten. Förslut dem och förvara dem i kylskåp. Hållbar några månader.
