Iskaffe med vispgrädde
Ingredients
1 1/4 dl vispgrädde
1/2 l vaniljeglass
1/2 l starkt kallt kaffe
socker
1 msk riven choklad
4 rån
Instructions
Vispa grädden hård och fyll en spritspåse, som läggs i kylskåpet medan kaffet lagas.
Skär vaniljglassen i mindre tärningar som fördelas i 4 höga glas.
Smaka av kaffet med socker och häll det över glassen. Glaset ska vara fyllt till fem sjättedelar.
Spritsa vispad grädde överst och strö riven choklad över. Stick eventuellt ett rån i grädden.
Iskaffe serveras med sugrör och en sked.
