Kosackblod
Ingredients
1 l starkt kaffe
1 l rödvin
1/2 l vodka
1 sockertopp
4 cl rom
Instructions
Värm upp kaffe, rödvin och vodka till strax under kokpunkten. Häll över det i en eldfast skål, t.ex. en fonduegryta eller en kopparpanna.
Lägg en istång tvärs över grytan. Lägg sockertoppen på istången. Häll hälften av rommen över sockret och tänd på. Sockret droppar nu ner i grytan.
Häll på resten av rommen när lågen börjar dö ut.
Kosacksblod serveras rykande varmt i värmfasta glas. Det är en dryck som verkligen kan jaga bort vinterkylan.
