Café Royale
Ingredients
6 cl brandy eller konjak
1 sockerbit
24 cl varmt svart kaffe
grädde efter smak
Instructions
Häll varmt kaffe i en kopp. Lägg en matsked på kaffet och en sockerbit i skeden. Dränk sockret i konjak. När skeden blivit varm, tänd på sockret. Häll skeden tills lågan slocknar och häll ned blandningen av socker och konjak i kaffet. Lägg grädden överst.
