Ananasbål
Ingredients
½ färsk ananas
2 ½ dl socker
2 flaskor moselvin
1 flaska champagne
Instructions
Ställ champagnen och vin på kylning. Skala ananasen. Ta bort den hårda delen i mitten och skär fruktköttet i tärningar. Lägg ananasen i en skål och häll en flaska moselvin över. Strö socker över, rör om och låt det dra i 1 timme.
Före serveringen hälls den andra flaskan vin och champagnen i skålen.
