Butlerens morgonhälsning
Ingredients
1 ägg
1 äggula
4 cl halvtorr sherry
4 stänk Angostura Bitter
2 tsk socker
champagne

Instructions
Skaka ägg, äggula, sherry, angostura och socker i en shaker, eller ännu better: kör det i mixern tills det skummar. Häll upp drinken i två stora glas och fyll på med champagne. Serveras med sugrör.
