Ingredients
3 cl Finlandia cranberry
1 dl tranbärsjuice
4 cl sodavatten
1 cl Sambuca
1 st mandarin
Instructions
1. Tag ett grogglas. Fyll med is till bredden. Häll i vodka, juice och soda.
2. Rör. Snitta toppen av en mandarin. Cirka 1 centimeter bred skiva. Gröp ur fruktköttet. Torka skalet lätt med hushållspapper.
3. Lägg frukten högst upp på drinkens is med botten nedåt. Häll i Sambucan. Tänd på likören. Blås ut elden då den serverats, eller drick med sugrör.
