Amerikansk tetoddy
Ingredients
1 tsk teblad
1 ¼ dl vatten
socker
3 cl rom
1 cl Curacao
1 citronskiva
1 kryddnejlika
Instructions
Lägg tebladen I en tekanna och häll kokande vatten över. Låt det dra i ca 5 minuter. Sila bort tebladen. Häll över teet i ett glas. Sätt först en silver- eller glassked i glaset, så att det inte spricker av värmen. Smaksätt med socker och häll i rom och Curacao. Stick kryddnejlikan i mitten av citronskivan och lägg den i glaset. Tetoddyn ska serveras rykande varm.
