Arrakbål
Ingredients
7,5 cl rom
7,5 cl arrak
6 dl socker
skal av 1 citron
1 vaniljstång
7,5 dl mjölk
Instructions
Häll rom och arrak i en gryta. Tillsätt socker, citronskal och den kluvna vaniljstången. Värm upp, men låt det inte koka. Värm upp mjölken i en annan gryta. Inte heller den får koka. Ta båda grytorna från värmen och häll över mjölken i spritgrytan. Fiska upp vaniljstången och citronen. Vispa bålen tills den skummar. Arrakbål serveras i små bålglas.
