Royal Matador
Ingredients
12 cl guldtequila
4,5 cl framboise
1 msk amaretto
6 cl färskpressad lime
1 hel, moden ananas
Instructions
Skär toppen på ananasen och spara den. Gräv ur ananasen utan att skada skalet. Kägg fruktköttet i en mixer och kör det till mos. Sila ur ananasjuicen och häll den i mixern. Tillsätt de övriga ingredienserna och krossad is. Blanda till en sörja och häll upp i skalet. Lägg tillbaka ”locket” och servera med sugrör.
